Which Spin-Tech?

I am planning on geting rid of my Blowmaster (I have the American Thunder cat-back, whichever series muffler that is). I plan on keeping the 3" I-pipe from the AT catback, but changing to a Single 3" in/3" out Spin-tech muffler. I will need a muffler with the offset inlet, and i think either a offset (same-side) or center outlet. i just do not know which style muffler to get since they have like 3 different ones that sound like they would be good for me.

anybody know which one flows the best and sounds good too?

thanks dude. What spin tech did you get? i do not mind loud, so long as i do not get a ticket......i just want one that flows good. if i close my cutout, there is a dramatic loss in power because if this crossflow piece of crap! the car feels like a totally different car through the muffler and i would rather have a muffler that flows so i do not have to open the cutout except at the track.

i got the 3" inlet & 2&1/2" outlet.....it looks real cool on the inside.....the flowmaster you can see the baffles and splitters....on the spintech you can see the turning vanes that guide and spin the air.....

anyways, i went from the stock set up to what you just read.....and its louder than stock overall but not as loud as the flowmaster......it sounds best when you get on it hard...(but of course)

I thought you were going to get a mufflex 4" when you got back??? I would think you would get more from that than just a muffler. But what do i know!!

I wanted to, but i need a lot of other things too:
Rear (mine is making a bunch of noise ($2k))
Long Tubes (these shorties have to go ($500))
Brakes (need some LS1 brakes($250+))

those are Priorities. I think that Just going with a single 3" in/3" out will be enough for now and will save me about $400 over a whole 4" mufflex system. i know that the muffler alone is killing me by the way the car feels so much fifferent with and without the cutout open. i would think that the spin tech is supposed to flow close to as good as open exhaust (cutout), so teh gain should feel about the same as hving the cutout open.

i still do not know which spin tech people are using. there are different styles for different sound, flow, and applications. i am not worried about the input and output size becasue i am going with a 3" in /3" out....
