Starting a car thats been sitting for a year..

I think I finally located the reason my Z wouldn't start. I fixed a dead spot on the main wire harness. Before I start it I wanted to see of there was anything I should do before cranking it over. Is the gas going to be bad? Oil? I have never started a car thats been sitting full of fluids for this long.
Thanks

i would def change ALL the fluids, especially the gas. I beleive you also have to prime the pumps first as they would be dry i would imagine

I think it will start right up if the battery is charged. Then I would put fresh fluids in it after it's back in service.

I would pull the fuse for the fuel injection and (with a fully charged battery) crank it over until you get oil pressure.that way your at least not starting it with the bearings being bone dry I would check all the fuids before start up,then change them after it's up and running.
