if the lifters are in descent shape, 135 lbs on the seat and 350 open will be fine. I have seen some set up at 400 lbs open and not have problems. Most cams will work with this amount of pressure.
If you get a cam that calls for more pressure, I would get some R lifters to be safe. I would hate to spend good $$$ on an aggressive cam and bad *** springs only to have the lifter collapsing instead of opening the valves. Even though the cam specs may be larger, if the lifter is collapsing, you will be better off with a smaller (or less radical) cam that works with less pressure and eliminates this problem.
