Stock pushrod length and diameter?

stock is 7.200 inchs long and i think 5/16 thick, but some one correct me if im wrong

anyone else? are they the same as a regular chevy small block?

Don't generalize with SBC's, just get things made for the LT1, simple as that.

Uh... our pushrods aren't "LT1 specific"

I just meant in general. I see a lot of people assuming everything is interchangeable with SBC's, if it is then I my mistake, but they won't run into any problems if they buy parts made/applicable for an LT1.

Most the stuff is compatible as far as bottom end and valvetrain is concerned.

I'm asking if the pushrods are the same as the SBC. A simple yes or no and expanation why are all I would ask. I didn't assume anything.

someone said to me before that comp cams had hardened pushrods for only $35. Anyone have a link?

no sbc guideplates will not work on a lt1 the valve trajectory is different, some guys get away with it but some do not. I say this because i was sold comp's plates before and they did not work
