Question Studder, shake, misfire.. ETC.....

Please read, and tell me if you can help!!
When my 95 Z28 is cold, its more or less ok, (not running quite up to par though). After about 5 min when the car starts to warm up, thats when it starts running like S**T! I go to accelerate and the car shakes like crazy, i have NO power at all... In order to accelerate, the rpms have to stay high. and even then it will studder into a shaky power band.
Its been in and outta the shop for months now, and i'm gettin so tired of it not running right. About a month ago, i went through the hell of replacing the optispark...
When they replaced the optispark, they took off the msd wires i had in there and the one boots was all crispy, so they put on some little a** 7 mm wires and the guy made a heat shield for the one boot that likes to cook.
About 2 weeks after this work, it started acting up again. At first i suspected the spark plug wires... i took it back to the shop, and they said they looked fine. They scanned the computer, and nothin came up. (the SES light wasn't on) SO they sent me home for the weekend, and told me to bring it back so they could look at it more
My car has 62000 miles on it now.
SOOOO frustrating.. and yes, I am gonna look into finding a shop that knows a lot more about the LT1 engine. But for now, could anyone give me an idea of what could be causing this other than fried wires, or the optispark...
I hope someone can help, thanks for reading!

Grant

congtats your about to hear the solution that will fix your car,and why any shops or mechanics didnt know this is amazing.

CHANGE YOUR O2 SENSORS.

ac delco is the only way to go in terms of replacing sensors.through jason cromer their under 40 bucks a piece.if that doesnt work scan your car with datamaster or freescan.

Wouldn't a messed up 02 sensor put the SES light on??
And when i say that it is shaking, its REALLY bad... barely drivable when its warm.. can an 02 sensor do that much???
I really hope this is the problem...
