I'm running Comp 1.6 Pro Magnum rockers. Seems that all is well with them.

Who lashed the rockers? I know that CompR's only like 1/4 of a turn past 0 lash, whereas stock style go more for 1/2-3/4. If compR's are lashed that far, could that have an effect?

New. It's not ignition related. The right side is loading up on fuel, LTerms going to 108 (bottom) and STerms are perpetually bottomed out at 1 also. The left bank isn't as bad, but still rich. I'm playing with some tuning things and fuel pressure this week, will post results probably tomorrow.

Well, the regulator is in, and I'm about to go run the car. Of interesting note:

I only played with it for a little while yesterday. I got the fuel pressure after priming the system up to about 42 PSI before I had to stop playing. Almost 24 hours later, there's still pressure in the system. About 12-14 PSI. With the old regulator, it would have totally bled down in about 6 hours.

Very interesting...............

I've had it with my piece of sh*t car.

This is getting ridiculous. New AFPR, running datamaster. The LTerm dump that WAS on the right side has moved to the left side. The problem just switched sides. Now the left side bottoms out at 108 and the right stays in the 11X range. This is pissing me off so bad.

The only thing I've done is had the fuel rails off while I changed the FPR. Nothing strange noted. Unless there's something blocking the inside of the rails I'm lost. But even then the pressure would be off and the car wouldn't be running rich! Fuel pressure is good. I set it to 41 at idle, vacuum line connected. It's at about 47 vacuum line disconnected. I tried leaning it out by adjusting the fuel injector constants and even that DID NOTHING!

WHAT THE FLYING *$^# IS CAUSING MY CAR TO RUN RICH?!?!?!?! I can't find anything!! Ignition, all checks good. No leaking injectors, fuel system checks out. Vacuum is good at abot 15.

What else is there??? WHAT????

It's a 224/230 on a 112* LSA. It's not going to be huge (vacuum that is). I've been getting it to pull about 15. If I advance my spark any more I get a drop.

Couldn't hear anything in the rails.

There's something in my car that's causing an excess of fuel to be dumped into the mixture.

It's going to be meeting the hot end of a match soon.

Bad part is I've got a dealership appointment, but have to wait until Feb 23rd to get it.

i have the same thing going on with my 93 formula(black), and it's stock, im so mad i went and got anther 93 formula (green) so i can swap my ball's off it something pop's up. it will be funny if i get the green one to be just as fu&%$ked up as the black one, and not fix the black too.
did you try and turn down you fuel pressure just for a test. or take the vac hose off the regulator for a test . to see if it got to stop running rich. put a vac gauge on the car what it is cold , as to when it warm's up . have you swaped your module just to rule it out, it's f-up your car and my car are doing the same thing's . i cant get my to pass the smog test in chicago. if i had all the money back for all the new part's that did NOT work i'd be RICH. (not funny) let us know

In answer to your questions, yes, yes, and yes.

See my dilemma? I've done about everything and can't find anything.

I had a terrible stumble. I know you have explained what you have replaced. I just got mine fixed this weekend. Let me tell you everything that I replaced and maybe this will give you an idea of maybe something to check.

I replaced the:

ICM
IAT
IAC
OPTI
Waterpump
Coolant temp sensor on the waterpump
Plugs
Wires
O2's
Coil
Thermostat

When I had it datamastered, the temp coming in was -32 celcius.. wtf I said.. I looked at the IAT and it was hollow... My IAT was not there.... So I had that replaced.... I think you have done all of that, but im not sure what else you can do.

Yup, been there done that. It's a mystery. I'm just praying that it's not something like a leakdown or compression issue. Which is being tested for this week.
