Sub-frame damage, who fixes it?

I recently went to have sub-frame connectors installed and was told the the install was not possible due to the fact that my drivers-side front sub-frame was damaged from a wreck from another owner. The damage is pretty much where the flat part of the frame is bent and pushed up, making it where only an inch of weld could be placed there. What would be the easiest fix for that and who could be able to do that. I would guess a body shop but I really dont know. Thanks guys.

A good body shop would be able to fix it and be able to weld those in as well.
