A place by me called Ziebart does it. I believe they are located throughout the US. You can go to ziebart.com and see if you can locate one close to you.
Be prepared for water leaks.

They must not know how to adjust the T-top brackets.

I agree. I remember seeing pics a while back of someone on this website who converted their 4th gen t-top car into a one-piece removable roof. Now THAT was HOT.
