The concensus is yes. I installed mine and it seems to have fixed my problem. However I have only ran my car a few minutes on the road do to a oil leak that developed after my opti/wp install.
The only concern I had was packaging. It had the delphi sticker on the box like shown above but the opti was just packed in with newspaper. I would think and OEM part would be better packaged with some form fitting casing or something. It almost like it was opened and repackaged. I dunno. Crossing my fingers and hoping for the best based on the good rep they have on this board and many others.
