Question throttle body and headers

hello everyone need advice i own a 93lt-1 6speed., i've done so far the following modifications: ported heads, comp hot cam, 1.6rrs.,air induction, hypertech chip, low therm 160deg.,msd 8.5 sp. wires, msd box, mac pulley, and finally 3" flowmaster ex. My confusion is throttle body size for this set up 52 or 58mm which is best and which ever i choose do i still need to port out my intake according to new throttle size for better air flow. What kills me the most is headers, long, mids, or shorties i live in orlando,fl. so we don't have emissions here, will these last 2 items program well with the hypertech chip or will i need to buy a new chip or will the old chip recognize and relearn again??? your every bit of advice would be apreciated.

For the mods you have planned, a stock throttle body or a 52mm will work. If you get the 52mm, you will not need to have the intake ported. As for the headers, if you don't have emissions, them I would go with the long tubes.
