Timing cover seals, use grease? nothing?
I'm changing timing cover opti and waterpump shaft seal's, the opti one looks like teflon.....in that case should I use no grease on it? or should I do it like a rear/front main seal? should the waterpump driveshaft seal be greased? Of course there is no writing on the bag or instructions relating to installation.
Any help would be appreciated...

You don't need to grease the timing cover seal or anything. I used a slight amount of RTV when I did mine, but you don't have to use it. As for the waterpump driveshaft seal, there is a certain method that you need to use to ensure that you don't tear the new seal. I don't recall exactly what it is because I installed an electric waterpump, but if you do a search you can find the correct way pretty easy.

You should only rub a little oil or grease on the crank seal. You can put some on the wp shaft seal I guess. You shouldn't put any on the opti seal I don't believe. The instructions should say so in the package.

I install the shaft in the cover in my hand to make sure the double lip seal is set right(you will turn the seal lips wrong side out ) so it won't pour oil. Then VERY carefully install the cover and align the shaft at the same time. It takes some patience but no leaks afterward.
