Tire question--M/T Sportsmans

Has anyone ever tried M/T Sportsmans? I noticed in JEGS catalog these are advertised to be a "2 ply sidewall that wrinkles like a drag slick, while still providing a street legal tread design." They claim to have an "ultra soft" compound. Just wondering how these rate against drag radials or even M/T ET Streets. I think Hoosier has a similar tire in their Quick Time Drag D.O.T. All of these seem to need a 15" wheel however.

Thanks.
