track results

hey guys went to the track last night in bradenton fl. very very hot humid night but here are my results. also was using brand new bf drag radials 60...2.083 1/8...8.532 mph 86.29 1/4 mile...13.061 108.95 second run 60...1.990 1/8...8.449 mph...85.42 1/4...13.01 mph 107.92 well tell me what you think it was very humid night i was hoping or should i say praying for 12's not yet also i am having a very hard time heating up my drag radials how the heck do you do a burn out with a 6 speed enough to really heat those drag radials? this was my second time to track the first time when it was alot cooler i ran 13.5 at 109.8 with a 2.5 60ft time thanks

That sounds about right, you could pick a little time up by improving your 60' time.

You got mph for 12's. To heat the dr's just get the rear tires wet, dump the clutch at 3500+rpm. Once you side step the clutch use your left foot to hold the brake.

Hey great mods.... We run about the same times....I'm about to pull the baby cam out and go with something bigger.... Sounds good though about what you ran.....My best so far was a 13.5 with a 2.5 60' .....good luck with the 12's.

wow you have almost the same mods that I have (except I have 0.30 pistons ) I have not been to the track to see what kind of improvement I will get, but I've ran some one that 's ran 113 + mph at the track , and beat them , 13.24 @ 105.6 was best w/ all bolt on's

i agree with you trey did seem a bit slow will just spend some more money and make it faster.i know 12.5 is in it right now with better 60ft time.and cooler weather.

put it in 2nd gear in the water box and dump the clutch. Hold the brake with your left foot until your tires are heated up.
