uh oh, forgot to put this back on!!!

So i finally am putting my motor back in and i dont know if i seriously f'd up or just a little. I forgot to put my tranny dipstick tube back in and i cant seem to make it work its way back through the top or the bottom of the motor. Is it impossible to get it back in or am i just not trying hard enough?

Yes, it should go in through the engine bay. That's how mine came out. Like previously stated, have an extra set of hands to help you, and try not to bend it.
