Update on my problem (high rpm miss when warm)
In case anybody remembers my thread:
http://web.camaross.com/forums/showthread.php?t=542112
Since that thread I tested all my wires with a timing gun. When revving the engine I noticed the light would stop blinking when the car missed... all of them did it the same so that ruled out bad wires/spark plugs.
A friend let me try out his coil and icm on my car and the car made the same hesitation on high rpms so my coil and icm seems to be fine.
I noticed one weird thing. I replaced my opti->coil wire with a stock one (had the 10mm taylor wire) and the car got worst. Don't remember if the car was warmer but it did miss at lower rpms than it usually did. So I changed back to the 10mm Taylor.
I guess everything points to a bad opti right?
Could a bad ground on the coil cause something like this? Is there a way to check if the coil is properly grounded?

If it is missing and you have determined that all wires are doing the same thing then that kind points to the source of the spark, or a bad optispark cap and rotor. Since you have tried another coil and IM, the only thing left there is to check out the wire connections to the coil itself. Sometimes the plug to the coil can get corroded and cause a bad connection. Check that out, if it looks to be okay, the only thing left is the Opti. Is it missing when rev'ed up in neutral? or does it only do it when under load?
