Urgent Brake Help!!!

I have a '94 Camaro Z28 Vert. My rear-right brake pad is completely worn down. There is a scraping sound when I brake, and also when I make right-hand turns. So I'm assuming the brake pad is totally worn, and the caliper isn't springing back to the proper open position. The rotor is scraped a little bit, luckily the rotor doesn't look too bad. How much should I expect to pay for this repair? I'm pretty pissed because the dealer just did a complete overhaul of the brakes 1 year ago. The shop I just took it to said that I should complain to the dealer, and that the repairs to get the car braking properly shouldn't be too bad at all. I'm on a computer near the shop I just brought it to, so I'd like a quick estimate from anyone who has seen a similar problem. Any input would be great, thanks!

Don't know for labor, i've always done it myself.

Turn rotors anywhere from $7.00 each up to $15.00 apiece.
Brake pads anywhere from $30-80.
That should be all you need. Unless they bleed the brakes also.
