Valve Spring question

Ok guys was wondering what would be the best valvespring to run with my setup? Ive heard the crane kit comes with worthless shims which need to be replaced with metal seats and that they are heavier so wont rev as well as the beehives. As for the comp 918s heard theyve been breaking causing motor damage. Also the pac 1218 but they look to have a larger diameter so will they fit without modification to the head? My planned setup is as follows.

Crane Gold 1.6 SA rrs
Miezere electric waterpump
cc503: (224/230 .535/.544 112lsa) w/ 1.6RR's
LS7 lifters
Comp Hardened pushrods
Pacesetter Longtubes
Progear Timing set
Polished Stock tb
ASP underdrive pullies
3.42 gears
M6

Just read this post. I was asking the same questions a little while back. If you go PAC1218s, go through Herron and do it now. Really Good price!!!

Although someone did just have a spring break but it was from a 30631 batch number and mine are 31625. Also, try reading this one too. https://www.camaroz28.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=593936
