Taking it to slightly over 6500, with a rating of 6200 RPM really isn't really that significant (only 300 additional RPM), also my heads are a factor. Additionally, the Comp rating of 6200 RPM is probably on the conservative side. If I was going for 7K, that would be an issue.

Your extra 46 cubic inches also shifts the power band down alot over a 350 c/i motor. A stock cube motor wouldn't be able to rev high enough to take advatange of that cam with the stock pcm, and thats assuming you can control the valvetrain.
