Vats bypass

I am trying to do the vats bypass i was told to measure the resistance on the pellet of my key. I have looked at the passkey2 key pellet values on shbox page my readings are for the #5 pellet in around 1125. when i go to buy the resistor what size resistor do i get?

The size doesn't matter.
Match the resistance with a few resistors (a 1k and 100ohm in series should be close enough) or buy a 10-turn trimpot and set it to the desired value then superglue it so it doesnt move.
