Which VP race fuel to use for when I race (with N20)
Im looking for a race gas for my Z to use on the juice. I should probably use an unleaded fuel............would VP's motorsports 103 be a good choice??

Motorsport 109 is the highest octane VP sells. It has a 101 "motor octane"
Motorsport 103 has a 99 "motor octane".
BTW, your oxygen sensors won't like you anymore if you try to use leaded fuel.

I will be running a 150 shot tho.......so race gas is a must.
for just the 100 shot I run 92 octane and thats it

Not a must, but defintelty safer if you don't have something to monitor knock retard and don't have a way to reatrd the timing. I am running a 140 shot on top of a heads and cam combo that makes 397rwhp NA it's tuned to run on 93 octane on the bottle. Do you have a scanmaster? Or perhaps something like PCM Comm to monitor knock retard?

You know; 2 gallons of Toluene and 4 gallons of 93 Octane gives you 100 octane at about $3.00 - 3.50 per gallon, depending on your local prices for the two ingredients.
Theoretically, you could run straight Toluene, which is a pure hydrocarbon (Or so say the chemists... how the hell should I know?), but at 114 Octane, unless you had a very high compression and a strong ignition system, you might have trouble lighting it.
There was some kind of race car.... I think F1, but I don't really remember. They used straight Toluene, and added back in some other chemical that had a zero ocatane, just to bring it down to rules specs.
