Washer Fluid Pump? I think it died...

Well its been cold, and having gotten the car from Dallas I jsut assumed that it froze. So ok I put it in the heated garage and pop the hood so the heat can get to everything easier, Leave it there for 14 hours and I can tell its liquid in the tank.
So I top it up with winter stuff and give it a try, and nothing happens, the wipers go but no liquid.

Now It worked when I was in denver, so I know it did work.
Could I have burned it out when I tried when it was frozen?
Is there a fuse I can check?
Where is the pump if I need to replace it? (still have my old salvage to steal from)

Thanks

The windsheild washer fluid pump is on the front top part of the fluid reservoir.
