Weird Fan Problem

Well for the past few weeks, my camaro has been getting alittle warm. i keep getting a coolant low light on (which my level is fine). also, when i drive above 40, it cools just fine. So i figure that my problem is my fans arent turning on. i checked the fan motors, they r fine. i checked the relays, they all work. however, in my repair manual it says that the no. 1 socket on all of the relays (in the board) should have constant 12 volt power and the no. 5 should have 12 volts when the key is turned on. Well the coolin fan relay 1 is ok, but no. 2 doesnt have 12 volt constant or 12 volts when the key is on. Lastly, no 3 relay doesnt have 12 volt constant, but it does have 12 volts when the key is turned. Im just wondering if anyone else had this problem and can point me in the right direction. Thanks

How much is a little warm? What is your temp at? Alot of times the low temp sensor will go bad and it will make the light go off. Check the sensor if your at or around the running temp. your suppose to be at.
