What is the best sounding free flowing muffler, with the best performance???

Like it says. Or should i get a cut-out. If i do, what size is the pipe that is prior to the muffler.

get a 3" cutout.

I have a magnaflow muffler on stock piping with a 3" cutout and its a really nice setup.

Also, where is the cheapest online place to order the cut-outs. I know they run around $30, unless you buy an eletric which im not going to buy.
