what catback you prefer????

The 15684 kit is for LS1s, you want 15620 unless I'm missing something. Maybe that is correct w/ the longtubes and y-pipe you're using, no idea.
Anyway, I have the Magnaflow system on my 94, with edelbrock headers and a gutted cat, sounds extremely nice IMO. Definitely not tooo loud but I certainly would not call it quiet. It has a very mean snarl at heavy throttle, and I like the way it burbles on decel (not too much, sounds aggressive not clunky or untuned like some). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, unless you just really want obnoxiously loud (which is what I consider the Loudmouth and similar setups w/ headers).
I had the hooker aerochamber system on my last thirdgen, and if I hadn't found a good deal on this magnaflow I would have gone that route on my 94. It is also a very nice sounding catback for cheap. I wouldn't mind hearing how it would sound on my 94. It's tips aren't anywhere near as nice as the magnaflows, finish wise though. The stainless tips on my magnaflow still look great, the hooker tips will have surface rust in no time. I did like the quad tip look though.

I'm leaning towards the magnaflow, but I'd like to have the (I believe it's called) "magnapack", but I believe they only offer it for the Mustang. I heard it once on a heavily modded Mustang and it was awesome!!! I believe it's just a different style muffler.
Does anyone have a "magnapack" set-up on a LT1?

I wish I could find someone 'local' that had a Magnaflow behind LT's and ORY that I could hear..... I bet the sound clips on the 'net don't do it justice. I might have to go with the Magnaflow. I wanted a GMMG but I can't find one used and hate to pay that much $$ for it (the Magnaflow is much easier on the wallet ).
