on B-Bodies, only some(maybe all??) 94's came with the hardened rods.
But still.... even with a stock motor basically look what you can do
How much money do you got to work with maybe we can better help you?

93-95 came with hardened prods.
Rockers will free up some HP with added lift and less friction.
Its not worth swapping lifters unless you go with the comp-r lifters. You wont see any added TQ from new lifters. The only advantage to new lifters and springs (do springs anyway if you do rockers) would be in increased RPM capability.
You can get comp-r lifters and and better springs and rev it to 6200-6500 rpm on a stock cam. The LT4 revs to 6200, mainly because of the better springs and roller rockers. The LT4 cam is also has a little more duration, but less lift than an LT1 cam with 1.6 rockers.
You will definately see a diff with the rockers though. I would guess somewhere in the ballpark of 8-12 rwhp, depending on how well the car is running.
I would stick with NSA rockers because you have hardened pushrods and can use guideplates. I like guideplates better than after market SA rockers. Basically stick to steel rockers, aluminum rockers are expensive and arent as duarble.
