Nope, just normal tools should be fine. You will certainly want a torque wrench if you do not have one, you will need it to put the intake back on properly and to guarantee no leaks.

i thought you needed a special tool to take off the fuel hose, pressing in a ring, i might be wrong

You will need a 3/8 and 5/16 fuel line disconnect tool if you wish to separate the fuel lines from the rail. Or you can leave it connected and remove the rail from the manifold and lay the whole assembly out of the way.

Oooopppsss! Forgot the fuel line tool!!! Duh! Well, its only like $6 to get it at many parts stores.
