Based on my past LT bolt-on experience, your mods “can” easily place you in the very low 12s, or possibly high 11s. However, getting everything right with the launch will be the determining factor.
I didn't see any drag radials or ET Streets mentioned in your post, which will be the key to running your full potential. Basically, if you’re getting a 60 ft time of 1.80 or better you will be in the very low 12s.

Yes guys I plan on running et streets so i hope I can hook up
I also have a 99 c5 vette with boltons, yank3500 conv. shift kit and 3.42's it ran a 12.625 @108 on street tires, but the ta definately feels stronger maybe its the gears thanks alot for everyones input Ill keep everyone updated when I return to the track
