what part is this??

ok, cruise control went out, so i searched the car for disconected wires or vacuum and found this. im not sure if it has anthting to do with the cruise control but would like to know what it is anyways

ok well its a part, small sqaure looking part the size of half a fist or so, and its got 2 vacuum lines connected to it from the side and one wire conntected to it on the bottom, the wire has a red and black wire comming out of it. the other end wich i beleive is disconected has what seems to be a cloth washer (yellowish orange) and behind it is a copper hole wich seems to have threads. also on the side of this part it has the numbers
3540f
wich seem to be indented on to it with a etching tool. on the same side are the numbers
>pa66<

i dont have a digital camera or anythign so i cant take picturs of it but i can try to draw it if someone wants.
this part btw is on the driver side underneath the stock intake and moves freely.
any help would be appriceated. thank in advance

Yep, that's it. It's the AIR vacuum bleed valve solenoid. It has a gray cap with "Made in USA" on it.
