What springs do I need?

I've got 1.6 SA roller rockers
and
CAM SPECS
xe 218/224 .495/.502 @1.5 110 +4lsa

Where would I be able to find the cheapest springs for my application? Obviously good quality. And what springs do I need?

Combination Motorsports 612s will work and they're pretty cheap. You may find some mixed reviews about them, but if it helps any, they're still working fine for me.

Isky 235-Ds will also work as will many others. If you go with the
CM 612s and decide you want some titanium retainers to go along,
shoot me PM because I have some Comp 728-16s for sale.

Good quality and cheap... Hmmm... Is this a trick question? I am not aware of any quality springs that are.... cheap. You get what you pay for. If you want cheap, that is how long they will last. Fram is garbage, but I agree with their reverse psychology and slogan. No offense intented.
