Question What valves should I install????

I just bought a set of lt1 heads with a 3 angle valve grind that included stock valves.
I just ported and polished the heads and was wondering what type of valves I should install. I was told that the stock valves are a bad design. I'm going to be running a hotcam with 1.6rr's.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
Thanx

I'm not too sure. The guy I bought the heads from told me he used the stock valves. Does anybody know if this is possible??

Dude i hope you dont plan on putting it together yourself. What the guy on top was trying to say is the stock valves where ground to match the seats for a perfect seal. If you buy new valves the valves would have to be reground to match the surface angle of the seat. SO the 3 angle valve job you just did was a waste and has to be done all over again.

Ok That's what I thought to begin with, I must of missunderstood what my friend told me. I guess I'm keeping the same valves then

Thanx

Yeah the valves were still installed on the heads when I bought them.
