whats the best adjustrable fuel presure regulator?
i have a 96 LT1 wired as a 93 speed density what is the best adjustable fuel pressure regulator?

I could be worng, but i think even in speed density the computer will reajust the fuel pressure itself, after you change it. Someone correct me if im wrong...

I've had good luck with my TPIS unit. My friend had very bad luck with his Aeromotive.

You're wrong

The computer has no way of adjusting fuel pressure on these cars.

My recommendation would be a Hypertech AFPR. I picked up 10 rwhp and 17 rwtq with this mod.

I've had good luck with the stock one and a TPIS hat kit on top. Ive been using it since about three years. About $49.00

It has worked flawlessly for a year, and it runs about $135 or so from www.ls1speed.com (Speed Inc)

IMO their is no need to spend that much for an AFPR when they all do the same job.

Well I didnt have a choice, since my stock one was bad and I was in need of one. That was the only one that any shop near me had in stock, and since Speed Inc is local, I bought this one. I know I didnt need it, but figured it was better than buying the Autozone crap special They all do the same thing too, but alot of them dont last very long for what you pay for them
