What's this clunking noise?
I replaced the clutch about 3k miles ago. Replaced the stock setup with a stock LT1 disc w/ an LT4 PP and new throwout bearing as well as a pilot bushing (solid/brass one).
Lately whenever the car is warm and after about 20 minutes of driving.. I get a slight 'clunk' when letting out the clutch slowly to engage the next gear. This happens in almost every gear.
Whenever I make a hard right turn and bring the car to out of gear to neutral this clunk is even more noticable. Is my catback hitting something causing this clunk? Or is this a tranny issue? Something tells me it might be a shift fork due to the slightly notchy shifting as well. Any ideas???
Thanks.

It sounds like it's coming from the area where the clutch and the flywheel are. I'm thinking rear diff. as well.. but I'm definitely not rough on this car.
