Whats this part called? I need a new rocker arm bolt/stud.

Its the bolt that the rockerarm goes over, and the nut tightens down onto(theres 16 of them). Im not sure what the real name is, so when i call tomorow to order a new one(I think mine is stripped) I know what im ordering. Thanks.

Does napa have these? I tried autozone and discount auto...but napa and pep boys are closed today....ill try tomorrow.
