I cant access your car info, but do you have the 305 4 barrell or is it TPI? If it's carbed, is it the original carb? My '85 T/A does same thing & I know what the problem is on mine at least

first thing is to replace your O2s cause if you are running that rich then they are done that might fix it but might not but trust me if it isnt they are no good anyway cause that much rich will kill them if not check for a vacuum leak because if the car has a vacuum leak the computer will sence a lean mixture and it will advance the timing and make the engine run righer to fix the problem cause rich is better than lean lean causes piston damage if not any of that check the hose on the fuel pressure regulator ove seen were the hos gets so old and brittle it cracks and falls apart jumping up the fuel pressure really high if that does not help let me know
