Ok i've been having major issues w/ my motor
rockers are all good
oil pressure seems fine!
i dont know

from the sound of it I would say a rod bearing is bad. If you plan to reuse the crank rods etc.. take it out before it spins or does worse.

That's the sound of either a spun main or rod bearing. Its not really a bad thing...just time for a 396 that's all.

you guys need to listen to it closer... that's VALVETRAIN noise, a rod bearing would be more of a deeper sound, plus he say's that the car runs fine except it just make's the noise.. that's NOT rod bearing symptoms

did you check the pusrods like i told you

ahhh checked the drivers side ones
ill check the passenger side ones i just never had time to remove the rockers i wasnt feelin good today but ill do it romorrwo

The only way it could be a valvetrain noise is if a rocker is one thread away from completely coming loose and its just clattering everywhere...in which case the motor wouldn't run fine anyways since one of the valves either isn't opening at all or barely opening. Well keep us updated I hope its not the bottom end.

it was a bent pushrod and also exhaust gaskets were messed

I cant view the clip..was it a rattling noise?? I think I may have the same issue..rockers appear ok... cant pinpoint my issue yet.
