I like the NAPA style one you can compress the spring completely off the head then drop in place pull it up agains the locks while you seat them in the retainer and as youm unscrew you drop the bottom of the spring in place instead of trying to seat the locks as you release pressure. On the seals I got mine from CM with my other parts but they were only like $16 or so and offered more clearance than the stockers. 95 LT1 should be hardened pushrods the f-body part does not matter.
