Where to buy Torx driver for hatch struts?

Does anyone know what size Torx driver it takes to replace the rear hatch struts? Mine have gone out and need to be replaced. It's a Torx 45 or 50 I think? And how hard is it to do this? Will hand tools do?

Thanks in advance,

Matt

I want to say it is a T50, but not positive (hope someone else can say). Get one that is in a socket. It takes quite a bit of force to break it loose and you definitely want to stay square with your torx, so you don't strip it. I had to use a long handled ratchet for enough leverage.

[edit] Oh, I have a set of Craftsman torx bits.

Don't remember the exact size but it is a standard one. It's big enough you could measure it and go to the store and buy one. If I hadn't had an air rachet I'd have never gotten mine off. That is easily the tightest bolt I have yet to encounter on my car. I couldn't get enough leverage with a 1/2" breaker bar to bust it.
