Where Can I Buy An O2 Sensor Bung?

Hey guys, I want to add an extra O2 bung to my exhaust system so I can get some air/fuel info during dyno testing. Who sells just the O2 bungs??? I have a friend who can weld it in for me, so I just need to get a bung and drill the hole for it. Anyone know if Autozone, Murray's, Pepboys, etc. sells just the bungs??? How about Midas or some other exhaust shop, do they sell bungs???

TIA for all replys

Injuneer, Thank You The only problem is from Jegs it's going to be $8.69 + 6.95 S/H = $15.64 for ONE bung I was hoping that I could get one locally After looking at the Jegs photo of that bung though, why couldn't I just go to my favorite metric fastner store and buy a 18mm x1.5mm stainless hex nut, and weld that in???? It should work right???

Just make sure 1.5 is the correct pitch. Take an old sensor with you to check the nut you want to buy. Should be a lot cheaper.

If you are adding bungs for installing a wide-band during dyno tuning, why not put one on each side? Don't forget a couple of 18mm pipe plugs to seal them off when not using the bungs.

Injuneer, thanks AGAIN! Yes, I will be sure to take along an old O2 sensor to insure the thread pitch is 1.5mm. And yep, I'll get the 18mm pipe plugs to seal the exhaust system when the "extra" bungs are not in use. Thanks much!

That would work well if you could find a slim nut, but what would probably work the best is to buy a thick washer and then tap it to the correct size. That would be the cleanest, IMO.

Any local exhaust shop will have the bungs and they should charge you around 5 bucks.
