White smoke out of cut out????
Whenever i come to a stop it seems that sometimes i see white smoke coming out of my passenger side of the car where my cut out is. Curious what could cause this, also i'm gettin backfires whenever i shift in higher rpms, the higher the louder.

Re: White smoke out of cut out????
There are mainly 3 things that cause smoke. 1. white smoke = water/coolant 2. grey/blue smoke = oil 3. dark/black smoke = fuel. If your burning coolant that means either a leaking head gasket or a cracked head.

Re: White smoke out of cut out????
I just had my engine rebuilt and I have white smoke coming from my tailpipes. I just think its the H20 produced in the combustion reaction. I have no fluid leaks so thats all I can attribute it to.
