who has any 5716 Mr. Gasket head gaskets in stock?
I tried calling both Jeg's and Summit since I thought they carried them in stock, as well as looking around town, and nobody seems to have these in stock. I really want the thinnest head gasket available to get me as close to .040" quench with my pistons .026" in the hole. Everyone says they can get me the gaskets in 2 1/2 weeks, and I need them by next weekend.
Also, did the price go up? Summit and Jeg's both told me the price was $32.95 each. I thought that was for a set!

it is for a pair
no matter what the guys tell you, only order one at that price. they come 2 in a package!
me and one other guy on here found that out the hard way
and stick them in the cooler for a little bit before opening them, mine were stuck together and peeled some of the coating off them when i pulled 'em out of the package

Thanks for the advice.
Still looking online for some gaskets. No luck. I wish I knew if the impala gasket had a 4.100" bore or not..if they did I'd probably order them and be done with it. I keep thinking they have larger bore.
I have a new set of 1094's at home I'm starting to consider using now. Gotta open up the holes in them, but they'd work. Rather not do it though.
