I'd go with a Polyurethane mount if I were you, but I've also had the 1le and never broke it. (I could break stock replacements from autozone/napa ["made in india"] in like a week)
The newer design of the 1LE is more expensive but if you're looking for quiter than poly, then get part number 22201140 from the dealer.
If you never shift aggressively, just get one from Autozone.

Another vote for the Prothane mount;
For the first couple hundred miles it's noticeable (my car's an automatic), but quieted down a great deal after a few hundred miles, although still not quite 'stock mount' quiet. I've found the Prothane mount extremely livable, almost unnoticeable after warm up, and you get the added bonus of worry free "instant go"
If it helps, I had the ES mount in my previous T/A (3rd gen) and the damn thing never seemed to 'break in' like this Prothane mount has. Either one will get the job done thought, just a matter of personal comfort level (I'm kind of a wuss about that).

I recommend the 1LE mount. The height of the poly mount (at least the ES mount) is in question as being too tall for the 4th Gen (designed for a 3rd Gen) throwing off the drivesahft angle. Also the poly adds a lot of vibration to the interior. The 1LE is stronger than the stock mount and the 6 speed isn't that tough on mounts (unlike the A4s).

I like my prothane mount very much. I havent driven the car much as I put my mount in just before I put the car away. I felt the vibration a little but I can barely tell the difference between the stock mount.
