Who's running Joe Overton head/cam package only?
If you are running this on your 350LT1, please post your times.
Visiting from ls1tech.com and mfba.org to get some more information and compare this to a Lloyd LE3/LE2 package.
Thanks, Greg

I know you only want H/C packages, but if no one responds will a 383 with Joe's stuff work? I know its more cubes, but no one seems to be responding...

I believe Eric Bradby does the heads for him, but they are together. Joe does the cams, and Eric ports the heads. I hear alot of good about them. Maybe quickshotkimber will step in here. If I'm not mistaken he is the owner of one of their in house cars. Stock bottem end lt1 with Joe O cam and EB heads went 10.8x on motor, and drag radials. Very impressive car, and setup. I am thinking about goin that route this winter on a 383. I am gonna try and get in touch with them this coming week.

Yeah, Eric does the heads and Joe does the cams. You used to send your heads to Joe who would then send them to Eric, but now I think you deal directly with Eric. Either way their stuff rocks!

Re: Who's running Joe Overton head/cam package only?
I was wondering why my ears were burning I have ported heads by Eric Bradby and a cam and tuning by Joe Overton. There are a few cars running LOW 11s and are over 120mph. Even my buddy's M6 convert show car runs 11.7 at almost 121 Managed to make one pass last night before my tranny cooler line blew 5 quarts of fluid all over my engine and the starting line. Made a very interesting discovery You ain't seen nothing yet
Just ordered a set of AI CNC heads last week and hope to have some new times with them in a couple of weeks. They have incredible flow #s with a very small cc port.Stay tuned.
As far as the cam, click on the vid in my sig. I have NEVER heard a stock bottom end motor hit like that. If you are wondering about mid range TQ, the car doesn't go above 4000rpm in the street in the vid. I think I'll be sticking with my buddy Joe

Re: Who's running Joe Overton head/cam package only?
Thanks for all of the replies.
-Quickshotkimber- now thats what I am talking about!
I just wanted to see what kind of numbers or times people were putting down with thier stock bottom end LT1's an if you had any other mods other than the h/c.
From what I have learned/researched, Joe is the man!!!

Re: Who's running Joe Overton head/cam package only?
just out of curiosity how many miles on that bottom end? im getting a rebuild in april but i hear so much about h/c cars on stock bottom ends with no problems. and you have exactly what i want.. around 400rwhp, streetably though lol. everything seems alright with mine right now (i know i wont know for sure until the heads are off the car, but im just poking around for info for now.) is it really worth it though to do a full rebuild and go to 355ci for 400hp? oh and my car has nearly 150k on it now, only problem ive noticed is a small tick (thinkin rocker) on the driver side near the back.
(srry to hijack thread but this seemed like a great opportunity to ask)
