yes, but have all your tools ready and read up on each procedure before you get into it. things happen. you may find after you get started that you are missing tools you need.

Also how are you going to mount the cat, is it slip fit and are you going to need to cut your exhaust to get it to fit somewhere, make sure where you cut the exhaust is the same diameter as the cat your using...
Those are just a few things for you to think about before starting.. And like Kurt said above get everything ready and be sure you know what you will be doing and in what order.. It always helps to plan ahead, but sometime **** happens and things come up..
You should be able to do it in one day but don't rush yourself, if you think you are cutting corners don't they seem to bight you in the a$$ later and it is worth taking a few extra minutes to do it right.

I would expect 1.5 days to do this, you never know if something will go wrong or won't fit right. You could spend a couple of hours just trying to get a header in and the old exhaust won't be nice to you.
