Will this T/O Bearing work?

Hey guys, after some checking I think I've solved my throwout bearing ordeal. Will this T/O bearing work in my '97 T56?

http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerc...61&prmenbr=361

I'm looking at the GM Self-Aligning Throwout Bearing P/N 490-70-201. Thanks
