Wires for LT1 with long tubes

Guys I need a set of wires for LT1, I am tired of the AC Delco because the are so short and passes too close to the headers, I would like a set that I don't have to cut(like the accel) I am looking for ones that come like the AC delco but longer, wich ones should I get and where..
thanks

My buddy used to run MSD 8.5's in the stock location.

Why don't you just get OVC's? What's the problem with cutting wires?

I run the MSD's as well with LT's and haven't had any problems as of yet. Just make sure you route them and zip tie them away from anything that will burn them

I had both MSD 8.5mm superconductors and Taylor 8mm. For OTVC applications, I find MSDs are easier to make but requires drilling out the Made For You looms. The Taylors are a little more difficult to make but will fit Made For You looms. Both MSDs and Taylors are good wires.

MSD's are what i have but they are OVC. I believe magnacore makes premade wires for headers they are longer than stock to clear headers but are factory built so no hassles.

Just order the custom fit Taylor Spiral-Pro wires from Summit Racing. They're longer than stock, costs only $42.98, and they work great! I wrap heat reflective tape around certain areas of the wires for added burn protection from my longtubes.

I think it also depends on what kind of LTs you have. I think OVC wires work better with the Hookers and Jet hots but with my FLPs I think its better to use wires that go in the stock location.

BTW I am using Taylors right now.

MSD 32129 is the universal set

MSD 32149 is the LT1 set

I use msd 32149 with my slp mid length and they seem just a tad longer then stock...

Over the valve cover. I have Thunder Racing's Taylor OVC kit in blue. It comes with everything you need and a crimping tool. They were out of crimping tools so I bought an MSD one and used it to cut and crimp my wires. I didnt know what a crimp actually was until I did my spark plug wires. I was suprised how ridiculously easy it was and how ridiculous it is we even have to cut and crimp our own wires in the first place.

CamaroBoy96Z28...there was no need for you to make your own wires. There are plenty of companies out there that have custom fit, longer than stock wires for our cars.
