Wiring difficulties
If you know the LT1 wiring harness very well (ie you have modified the original harness for using the engine in another car other than a 4th gen fbody) please review this link

I have looked over the wiring chart in the other post and I noticed some problems.
First is the connector C100 pin "K" on your list shows nothing on it but it is supposed to be +12 Volts for powering injectors 1,4,6&7. Pin "A" of the same connector on your list is shown as injector power but that is only for injectors 2,3,5&8. If pin K is not hot, Put 12 volts on pin "K".
On your list, C220 pin "E" is shown as PCM IGN but in actuallity it is EBCM TP signal. It is not PCM IGN.
I would like to find out more about the ignition to PCM hookup that you currently have. What I want to check is how you have the high and low res signals, reference and signal wired as well as the ignition control output from the PCM to the coil module.
If your looking into the ignition, be sure the primary side of the coil (pink/blk wire to pin A of coil module and wht/blk wire to pin D of coil module). Also be sure 12 volts goes to other pin on the coil. Check also the Ign control signal on pin B5 of the PCM. It's the white wire going to the Black connector of the PCM, bottom row of pins 5th from the left. This should go pin B of the coil module.
Let us know what you find.

I think you are mistaken, I am looking right at the service manual. there is no wire at C100-K. and according to the wiring diagram pin A powers all of the injectors.
as well C220-E is thepcm ignition power according to the GM service manual and official wiring diagrams.
This is the only wiring I have except the fans. These are the only connectors that connect the engine wiring harness to the rest of the cars wiring. The whole engine can be hooked up with just those five connectors.
i didnt mess with the ignition or distributor wiring at all, all the connections are their and all the circuits have continuity.
Im really just looking to see what must be hooked up for the car to start and run.

im curious where yo got your pinout from. mine is different. and that one wire you mention is nonexistent in my car.
I was basically just trying to find out which of these wires needed to be hooked up how.
What year is your engine wiring harness, that could be the cause of the difference between our two pinouts.
