Unhappy Wont start :(

A couple of days ago I was driving down the road and my car seemed to be kinda of losing power but would catch right back to normal, it felt like the rpms were droppign suddenly and would catch back up, it stopped then the next day I was driving it and it did it again but this time my car completely shut off and wont start, it acted like it is out of gas. I check the schrader valve and its spitting fuel out pretty good(I havent tested it with a gauge yet though i went to get one today and it was $45 at Salvo Auto Parts and I dont have $45 to spend right now Im kinda broke) and I pulled a spark plug out and tested to see if it was getting spark and it is and the spark plug was wet with fuel so idk what else could be wrong. Any ideas, the car cranks but will not start.

that happened to me too. i cleaned out the air filter and that air dam thing on the bottom. there was a taco bell bag and a crap load of sunflower seeds. (dont know how they got there) after that, the problem went away. might want to try that.

When you turn the key to on, can you hear the fuel pump buzz priming the line?

Engine needs air fuel and spark to run. Process of elimination. I'd question how strong the spark is based on the fact the plugs remain soaked with fuel.
