Would I benefit from a 52mm TB and/or a tune?

Would I benefit from a 52mm TB and/or a tune?
Based on my list of equipment/mods would a 52mm TB be worth it? I did a
search but this is very subjective based on the mods. Hence the question.
Also, what kind of a gain can I expect from a mail order tune?
T56; 3.73:1 Gears; HPP+ (w/ 160° thermostat); 2.5” Custom True Dual
Exhaust w/Ultraflow Muffler; TPIS AFPR; Granatelli MAF; K&N Air Filter;
Accel 300+ Digital Ignition; Comp 26915 Valve Springs; Comp Pro Magnum
1.6:1 Rocker Arms; Crank Reduction Pulley; LT4 Knock Sensor Module;
Delco Rapidfire #14 Spark Plugs (.055" gap); Accel Extreme 9000 Spark Plug
Wires; Throttle Body Airfoil; Coolant Bypass; Crane Powermax 2033 Cam
(PN 104227); 210/224, 511/553, 112 @ .050; Comp “R” Lifters; GMPP
Extreme Duty Timing Chain Set.
No headers on this car, only massaged cast iron (stock) manifolds. The
engine pulls strong up to the rev limiter (set to 6,000) and does not lay
back past 5,800 like the stock cam did. The A/F ratio was perfect on the
last dyno run with the stock cam so I am assuming that the MAF is working
properly (not tricking a lean condition as reported by others).

You won't really pick up anything wtih a 52mm on a basically stock motor. If you had forced induction or big heads and cam then ya but in your case i wouldn't bother. I would invest the money in some headers, that's where you will see some gains.

Thanks for the feeback. I'm going to pass on the headers because it's my
mission to stick with cast iron manifolds. How much of a gain will I see with
a mail order tune?

So a stock TB is good at 399 RWHP but at 400 RWHP it's choking the motor? Doesn't make too much sense. Some gains have to be seen before that magical #.

Re: Would I benefit from a 52mm TB and/or a tune?
You really need a tune to get the most out of a cam, I know many here will disagree with me on that but fact is a tune is a good mod on a stock car, on a modified engine it is even better. Being a '97 will up the cost and hassle of getting a tune but it is still money well spent.
On the TB, I run the ZZ3 cam, just a tad more mild with stock manifolds(I agree headers are better but price them for a b-body once ) stock cats and a good catback, at this point my WOT vacuum readings suggest I am still OK with a stock TB because they are usually below 1.5". I just use the 1.5" as a reference because that was always the number used to determine wether you needed a bigger carb.
