WOW... its been awhile. Need help with VC issue...

HAHA says last time i visited here was may of 06..... wow

Anyways Now that i fully get on a computer regularly I need some help. I have an s10 with a built LT1 in it and with the rockers i have i needed the taller valve covers which im sure you all know this. Got the taller Valve covers and it hit the Alt. So i had a billet piece made to raise the alt up and got a longer belt to clear the taller valve covers. Well my valve covers are almost like a chrome type. Maybe polished aluminum im not sure but im tired of cleaning them.... My question is will the lt4 composite covers fit over the rockers ok?

Thanks alot guys.

Didn't the LT4 have full roller rockers from the factory?

Why don't you buy some hi temp paint and paint them black or something? That would be so cheap and easy to do.

What rockers are you running, that require taller valve covers? By knowing what rocker you are trying to fit under the covers, it would be easier to tell you what covers might fit.

The LT4 covers will work with those rockers.....you'll get to move you alternator back down too.

I have stock LT1 valve covers on my CC Pro-Mag 1.6's. Minor bending of the centerbolt tube support web clears them.
