I have this cam also. It should be up and running in a month or so. I'm located in Wa. State and would like to know how did you get your car to pass emissions with that cam.......Thanks

I am trying my best to get on a dyno. One place by me had a voltage spike and fried their dyno computer, and the other is backed up from here to China but they said they would do their best to get me in for a few pulls this week. The car feels fast as hell...does that help?

I am almost certain to be hitting the track up Friday so at least I'll have some numbers for ya guys.

I'm putting one in a 383 and I should have it on the road by the end of May. I have to get it smoggged to get it registered so wish me luck. I'll also be putting up dyno numbers when I get some.

300 rwhp sounds REALLY low for a 230/236 cam

Nah its gotta be more than that. Around 350-360 rwhp on stock heads. I've seen some H & C packages with the 230/236 cam pushing 400rwhp so there is no way that big of a cam will dyno that low. I can't see it.

Yesh roy, 230/244 on the 306 but it's not grinded on the same basis as the XE series lobes. You chose a good cam too!

Look at SIW, he should have gone with a XE.

A guy in our car club befor he sold his 97WS6

Cody S.
Yep, I had the XE 230/236, with TEA ported heads.

Pulled 390 at the tires. Definitely not an emmisions friendly cam though.

I have this cam and I am waiting on rocker arms to fire her up. Hopefully I get to do that today.

I honestly hope to pull 375 rwhp with ported heads. My exhaust may hold me back though.

Formula_one... Please post back today with your numbers.
